I.PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
II .KEY RESULT AREAS:
· Required to cover Entire Territory. · To manage all Sales related activities covering area mapping & coverage, setting monitoring and achievement of targets. · To ensure high degree of Customer Satisfaction by providing quality service. · Follows up the execution on a daily basis by monitoring the Daily Sales Reports. · Advises on slow moving and price sensitive items. · Reports on competitors' activities and provides market feed-back on new products, prices changes, new launches, etc. · Recommends promotional activities and events. · Minimizes Sales returns/damaged goods and short expiry goods by monitoring returns by outlets, developing a depletion plan and avoiding overstocking the points of Sales. · Ensures the width and depth of distribution. |

A graduate in Commerce and Preferably MBA in Sales & Marketing. Age bracket max 28 years. Experience 0-3 years with a Reputed FMCG/Food/Beverage Industry.
