I own a Arista Type 2 PLH villa (3117 SQL Ft). It is available for rent now.

I have completed interior decoration and made it semi-furnished. I have a few of questions:

1. Does anyone know what is the going rent for PLH villas of this size?

2. What are the best sites for placing on rent or management companies? Please share if you know if any.
