Prestige Hoskote is planned on a scale that goes beyond conventional apartment developments. The proposed 80-acre township in Dalasagere, Hoskote, is expected to accommodate approximately 5,200 premium residences across 22 high-rise towers.

The residential mix ranges from 1 BHK to 4 BHK apartments, with planned floor areas beginning at 1,060 sq. ft. and extending up to 3,090 sq. ft. Each tower follows a 2B+G+28-floor design, creating a prominent high-rise residential setting.

The master plan also proposes a large clubhouse and lifestyle amenities for residents. With its position on NH-75, the development is part of the rapidly changing Old Madras Road and Whitefield–Hoskote corridor.

A compact 2 BHK is indicated to start at ₹1.79 Cr. The project is proposed to be released through 4 to 5 development phases, while January 2027 is the current indicative launch window.
