prestans 2.0 release announcement

Hi all,

prestans 2.0 finally made it. It's a ground up rewrite of prestans and massively streamlines constructs. A list of features is available on the Github project page https://github.com/anomaly/prestans

Obviously it's available via pip or for the source head to

We are migrating our documentation to a Jekyll based site, and will be available very shortly.
