Moving to github

Hi all,

Just a quick note to say that we are moving to Github.

We will be moving branch 1.1 first, have a look at https://github.com/prestans if you wish to follow our progress.

We have split the project into 

• prestas, for the server side framework
  
• prestans-client, for the closure extensions
• prestans-tools, for command line tools
• prestans-demo, for a demo app

prestans-docs already existed here and contains the docs published viewable at http://docs.prestans.org

We will attempt to keep a copy of our 1.0.3 on Github as well.

I will make a further announcement when we've completed migration.

Thanks for your continued interest in prestans and hoping that our move to Git encourages more developers to have a look at it.
