Install issue still not completely fixed

Hi all,

I've put a comment against issue 17 (https://github.com/prestans/prestans/issues/17) since it is still not fully fixed in the master.

Putting packages=['prestans', 'prestans.ext', 'prestans.ext.data', 'prestans.ext.data.adapters'] in setup.py seems to fix it.

Yes, I have been.  Still testing things out at the moment.
