Minor doc issues

Hi all,

In the process of testing out Prestans, I've come across what I think are a few minor issues in the documentation.  Is the Google code issue tracker still the best place to lodge comments, or somewhere in Github?

We are in the process of moving to Github, and are putting in a lot of work to bring everything together (doco and code) in the upcoming 1.1 release.

Please lodge any issues with the doco at

https://github.com/prestans/prestans-docs

and thanks for taking the time to report them.
