Prestans 2.0.3 and updated documentation

Hi all,

A quick post to let you know that we have been releasing updates to Prestans quite frequently. Version 2.0.3 is available via PyPi.

We have also put in significant efforts in updating the documentation available at https://prestans.readthedocs.org

v2.0.5 aims to complete unittesting and resolve a few long standing small issues. 

v2.1 boasts a couple of ambitious features. 

If you are actively using Prestans and have any feedback, please do share it with us.
