Changes to repository structure

Hi all,

As you may or may not have noticed the trunk repository structure has
changed over the last few weeks in an attempt to structure things more
logically and cleanly.

The main changes are:

1. Moving the python library to a server directory
trunk/python/prestans -> trunk/server/prestans

2. Moving all client side libraries into a client directory
trunk/js -> trunk/client/closure
trunk/css -> trunk/client/css

3. Documentation directory also reflects the above structure changes
trunk/doco/python -> trunk/doco/server

3. Removal of bin directory from tools
trunk/tools/bin -> trunk/tools

4. Demo removed from repository. It will now be housed as a separate
project at: http://code.google.com/p/prestans-demo/
