کراچی / اسلام آباد (23 دسمبر 2022): پاکستان ہندو کونسل نے ملک بھر کے اقلیتی غیرمسلم مقدس مقامات کی نشاندہی کیلئے آل پاکستان مینارٹیز ہیریٹج فوٹو کونٹسٹ کا اعلان کردیا ہے، آن لائن تصاویری مقابلے میں بہترین فوٹوز فراہم کرنے والوں کو بالترتیب پچاس ہزار،تیس ہزار اور بیس ہزار روپے کے مالیتی انعامات سمیت تعریفی سرٹیفکیٹس اور دیگر خصوصی انعامات سے نوازا جائے گا،پریس نیٹ ورک آف پاکستان کی تکنیکی معاونت سے منعقدہ فوٹو مقابلے میں حصہ لینے کی آخری تاریخ اکتیس جنوری 2023مقرر کی گئی ہے۔اس حوالے سے پاکستان ہندو کونسل کے سرپرستِ اعلیٰ اور ممبر پارلیمنٹ ڈاکٹر رمیش کمار وانکوانی کا کہنا ہے کہ سرزمین پاکستان کے چپے چپے پرایسے بے شمارنامعلوم تاریخی مقدس مقامات ہیں جوبے رحم زمانے کا مقابلہ کرنے سے قاصر ہیں، یہی وجہ ہے کہ جب بھی مجھے کسی تاریخی مقام کی زبوں حالی کے بارے میں معلوم ہوتا ہے تومیرا دل مغموم ہوجاتا ہے، چند سوالات میرے ذہن میں ضرور اٹھتے ہیں کہ خطروں سے دوچارقدیمی مقامات کی حفاظت کیلئے بطور پاکستانی شہری مجھے کیا کرنا چاہیے؟ کس طرح سے حکومتی اداروں کی توجہ اس قومی فریضے کی ادائیگی کی جانب مرکوز کی جائے؟ کس طرح سے عالمی اداروں کو آثارِ قدیمہ کو صفحہ ہستی سے مٹنے سے بچانے کیلئے کردار ادا کرنے کیلئے قائل کیا جائے؟ڈاکٹر رمیش کمار کے مطابق تاریخی عمارات کی صورت میں خدا نے پاکستان کو ایسا انمول خزانہ نوازا ہے جو مذہبی سیاحت کا راستہ ہموار کرکے نہ صرف ہمیں بیرونی قرضوں سے چھٹکارا دلوا سکتا ہے بلکہ ہماری قومی معیشت کو اپنے پیروں پر کھڑا کرسکتا ہے، ہمیں اپنے پیارے ملک کے عظیم الشان ثقافتی ورثے کو تاریخ سے اوجھل ہونے سے بچانے کیلئے ہرممکن کوشش کرنی چاہیے، ملک بھر کے طول و عرض میں واقع آثارقدیمہ کی حفاظت کرنے کیلئے سب سے پہلا قدم آگاہی حاصل کرنا ہے۔آل پاکستان مینارٹیز ہیریٹج فوٹو کونٹسٹ کے تحت غیرمسلم اقلیتی مذاہب بشمول ہندو، سکھ، بْدھ، جین مت، پارسی اور کرسچیئن کمیونٹی کی ان تمام تاریخی مقدس عمارات کو منظرعام پر لانے کی کوشش کی جائے گی جو آج ہزاروں سال بیت جانے کے باوجود تابناک ماضی کی خاموش گواہ ہیں۔ پاکستان ہندوکونسل نے پاکستان کے ہر شہری بالخصوص تعلیمی اداروں میں زیرتعلیم اسٹوڈنٹس اور جرنلسٹس سے اس تصاویری مقابلے میں بڑھ چڑھ کر حصہ لینے کی استدعا کی ہے۔

All Pakistan Minorities Heritage Photo Contest announced by Pakistan Hindu Council

KARACHI / ISLAMABAD (Dec 23, 2022) - Pakistan Hindu Council, in order to identify minority non-Muslim holy places of worship across the country, has announced the All Pakistan Minorities Heritage Photo Contest. The last date for participation in the photo competition being held with the technical support by the Press Network of Pakistan is 31st January 2023. The contestants submitting outstanding photos will be awarded with winning prizes worth of Rs,50K, 30K and 20K respectively in addition to special prizes and certificates of appreciation.

Patron-in-Chief of Pakistan Hindu Council and Member of Parliament Dr. Ramesh Kumar Vankwani, in a statement, said that there are countless unknown historical holy places in the land of Pakistan which are in dire need of our attention. "The land of present-day Pakistan, having thousands of years of ancient history, is full of hidden architectural wonders and unique sites that make up part of our rich heritage. Undoubtedly, these sites are silent witnesses of our glorious past," he stated.

Dr. Vankwani further said that God Almighty has blessed Pakistan with such a priceless treasure in the form of historical sites, which by paving the way for religious tourism, can not only rid us of foreign debt, but also strengthen our national economy.

According to him, an effort is being made under the All Pakistan Minorities Heritage Photo Contest to highlight and showcase the historical sacred buildings of non-Muslim minority religions including Hindu, Sikh, Buddhist, Jain, Parsi and Christian communities, which have a glorious past despite the passing of hundreds of years.
