Problem with update sequence

Howdy.
I was doing an upgrade of our Pressbooks network at
http://lawbooks.cali.org/ this afternoon and stumbled on a problem. We
had updated to PHP 5.6 and Wordpress 4.4. From the update dashboard in
Wordpress I ran the Pressbooks update to get PB 3.1.1. The update
reported back fine, but clicking on update link for PB Textbook
generated a blank white page. All admin pages were blank, but the
regular view of the network was not effected.

Checking my Apache error log I found this: [Mon Dec 28 21:42:13.650598

Class 'PressBooks\\Import\\Html\\Xhtml' not found in
/vol/data/lawbooks.cali.org/wp-content/plugins/pressbooks-textbook/includes/modules/import/class-pbt-remoteimport.php
on line 26, referer:
http://lawbooks.cali.org/wp-admin/network/update-core.php?action=do-plugin-upgrade

Since the error was coming from the unupdated version of PB Textbook I
downloaded the latest version of PB TB and updated it by hand. That
cleared it right up and access to the admin pages came right back.

I'm posting this here since it isn't clear to me where the problem
lies, but thought the wider community might get caught in something
like this.
