[NTU SIFE] Request for loan of equipments

Dear Ms Jasmine,
We are having another project meeting tomorrow and therefore we would like to request for an additional projector:
We are requesting to loan the projector for the period, 24th October 2012 1830hrs till 25th October 2012 (2 days) for the following:
Purpose: conducting of SIFE project meeting
Nature of use: indoor, short-term presentation length use.
Person collecting, date, time: Zhuang Xian Zhe, 24th October 2012 before 5pm
Please do let me know if the projector is available and thank you so much for your help!

NTU SIFE have the following requests to make:
We are requesting to loan the projector for the period, 30th October 2012 1900hrs till 31st October 2012 (2 days) and from 6th November 2012 1900hrs till 7th November 2012 (2 days) for the following:
Purpose: conducting of SIFE project meeting
Nature of use: indoor, short-term presentation length use.
I would like to highlight that one projector is currently with us as we couldn't return it on Fri as it was public holiday last Fri.

Noted. Yes you could keep the projector till Wednesday and return it after the meeting.
As for 6 – 7 Nov – projector is available and have been reserved for SIFE.
