For Thursday's meeting with Leona, let's focus on these two objectives, in order of priority:

1. For Leona to know your club (track record, past projects, size, etc), the people running the club and the people who will work on the project. For you to get to know Aii and Leona herself.

2. For us to gather some information, that will allow us to define how we want to approach and then scope the project. (So this is Thinking about Thinking, or Blue Hat of the 6 Thinking Hats). This is not about (i) Defining the problem, and definitely not about (ii) Ideas or Solutions. One key question is on Leona's internal timeline.

Please prepare questions you would like to ask Leona. Let's have a note taker (preferably a student who will work on the project).

The next steps after this meeting are:

(i) NTU SIFE project team will work with me and exco member to define the approach

(ii) I will debrief with Leona

(iii) We will have a meeting to start the engagement proper, with defined stages and timelines, to seek her approval.

I will also pass you some books I hope the team can read and learn that will apply in such a project.
