I did a doodle poll to find outt when they are free.

most likely will hold meeting next week.

You can see when you are free to hold it. I will try to be there.

Coz we need everyone there at least for 1st meeting.

I'm thinking we can:
Ice Breakers

Set Team Norms (Ground Rules)
Find out what everyone's expectation is

Team Roles. Split into team?

Felicia:

I chose her as she has experience in doing a similar SIFE project.

Set up a Sell coasters project. Partnered with Comm Chest, Autism school as beneficiary, raise funds for commChest. 

Sold coasters tapping on Drink driving to raise funds. 

They had 3 leaders, recruited to sell. Traffic Police (tie-in, endorse, logo)

Gave out CIP hours.

Profits. $5k. $2 each, 4 designs.

Planned for 1year. 

Maybe you want to meet up with her first to find out more and u can share with her what plans u have.

Hi Sam,

I see from the poll that the meeting will be next Monday? I'll be flying off to France, afraid I wouldn't be able to be at the meeting. 

Felicia seems fine for the Co-leader role, with experience in social enterprise. Who is the other co-leader you have identified?

As for your agenda for the first meeting, the first three points are ok. As for team roles, you can get them to:

 i) share their strengths and weaknesses 

 ii) share what they like and dont like to do

 iii) Thereafter, decide on what roles are needed in the project and fill those roles with the info from points i and ii.

One concern I have is that the above mentioned points might be too heavy to conduct on a first meeting. But it's stil your call!

Hi Sam, 

I saw that Dawn Koh is in the sewing project, it's the Dawn from GG right? Are there any other members from current projects transferred to new projects?  Can inform the project leaders? While I suppose they are not going to hold dual roles right? 

Sorry I can only make it after 3.30 on Monday. Maybe u can do the ice breaking, setting team norms, etc for members to get to know each other well first? Then I'll join half way. 

We should also get the project started. So I think I should introduce the idea briefly and get things rolling. Well I think the first step is market research.

Shall we discuss this more on Friday? Based on the proposal I wrote last time.
