Re-scoping of Project Scope of Aii

Hi Ramanan,

We just had a meeting with our Enactus Alumni today.

And we plan to use Aii as a project that we will present for SIFE Nationals.

However, there are some concerns that we may not be able to attribute the financials of Aii to us, as we didnt really do much.

So we are thinking of:

1. re-scoping the project properly to sth that we can attribute

2. Discuss with Leona as to how much of Aii's financials can she let us use.

For re-scoping. we are not thinking in terms of Strategic Development as Leona always changes direction.

But along the lines of better managing of Operations and support roles. Examples include Volunteer Management, Remuneration, Recruitment Selection, Organisation Culture.

Perhaps you can send an e-mail to the team to tell them about this then get them to think of some scope, then finally meet-up to discuss and see what scope to propose to Leona.

Then let us know again what scope/s you all think would be good that Leona needs. 

Is it possible to have it done within the next 2 weeks?

As SIFE Nationals is coming soon, so really need to scope it and start working on it so that we can have a fair chance at Nationals. :))
