Hi Chau Min,
Overall a very good plan which i'm really looking forward to!
A few comments:
1. As pointed out, the amount to apply for does not match, including page 1 part three.
2. Point 3, description of activities: the last match should be 5pm to 5.30pm
3. Any rubrics to determine who gets the award? These awards should be let known to the club as well so that people are prepared and there is some excitement leading up to the awards. Makes it more prestigious too. Let's aim for this awards thing to be an annual affair and build it's prestige.
4. For expenditure, you can say we are buying some sport equipment to ask for more money as well...
That'll be all, overall it's a great plan and we'll really need project leaders to encourage all their members for this event!
