[NTU SIFE] Request for loan of equipments

NTU SIFE have a requests to make:

We are requesting to loan the projector for the period, 18th October 2012 1830hrs till 19th October 2012 (2 days) for the following:

Purpose: conducting of SIFE project meeting

Nature of use: indoor, short-term presentation length use.

Person collecting, date, time: Yam Chau Min, 18th October 2012 before office closes

We would also like to book the Technology Centrium meeting room for the period, 18th October 2012 1830hrs till 18th October 2012 2200hrs.

Please do let me know if the projector and meeting room is available  and thank you so much for your help!

Therefore we would like to change our request date too:

Purpose: conducting of SIFE project meeting

Nature of use: indoor, short-term presentation length use.

Person collecting, date, time: Yam Chau Min, 25th October 2012 before 5pm.

We would also like to book the Technology Centrium meeting room for the period, 25th October 2012 1830hrs till 25th October 2012 2200hrs.
