Hi Chau Min,

Thanks for sending the Proposal to Wenie. 2 quick comments here:

1) The amount you are asking for on page 1 of the application form is $505 while page 6 claims you are asking for $545, need to clarify this again.

2) I would really prefer for the Faculty advisor appreciation portion to be after the welcome speech. We can include a segment here on introducing our new advisor too (if we find one). 

This would allow the members to know the ex faculty advisors first. After which this sets the tone for the ex advisors plus current advisor (if we can find one) to give out the prizes to the members. Also, this gives our ex faculty advisors the chance to leave early if they need to and not make them stay for too long if they are busy.
