[NTU SIFE] Request for loan of equipments

Dear Ms Jasmine,

NTU SIFE have 2 requests to make:

Request 1

We are requesting to loan the projector for the period, 1st October 2012 1100hrs till 1st October 2012 2000hrs for the following:

Purpose: conducting of SIFE project meeting

Nature of use: indoor, short-term presentation length use.

Person colleting, date, time: Zhuang Xian Zhe, 1st October 2012, 1045hrs

Request 2

We are requesting to loan the projector and also booking of Technology Centrium meeting room for the period, 5th October 2012 1000hrs till 5th October 2012 2000hrs for the following:

Purpose: conducting of SIFE project meeting

Nature of use: indoor, short-term presentation length use.

Person colleting, date, time: Yam Chau Min, 5st October 2012, 0945hrs

Please do let me know if the meeting room and projector are available on these dates and thank you so much for your help!
