Hi all,

I've edited the slides Xianzhe used for the Welcome Tea during recruitment. I thought we can use the slides to introduce Enactus to Prof's students tomorrow and on Friday.

Danni, let me know if you think we should add in more things for the intro tomorrow.

Michelle and Janice, you all can use the slides and edit accordingly if you all want. :D

Thanks for going down, lets do some promotion and get some potential members! See you guys soon!

Cheers,
Eunice

Thanks Xianzhe

Hi Eunice and Dannie, thanks for “volunteering”. Wednesday’s session is in S4-SR10

Hi Michelle and Janice, thanks to you, too. Friday’s session is in S4-SR16 (as per last Friday)

The timings should be the same on both days:

3.25-3.30pm – please come in the door. We should just be finishing a discussion of a videoclip.

If you have a short powerpoint presentation on Enactus (3-4 slides) on a thumb drive, come out the front and we’ll plug it in (or if you want to send it to me beforehand, I’ll incorporate the slides into my own)

3.30pm -Introduction to Enactus reps who will speak briefly about NTU Enactus.

3.35pm –The Team Project Options will be distributed to each group for perusal

3.35 – 4pm – The Enactus reps to circulate and answer any general questions on Enactus or the projects. (Specific questions about the mini-projects should be directed to the contact people).

4 – 4.15pm  BREAK. However, if you can stay around to answer any more questions that would be great!

Cheers,

Stewart Arnold

Subject: Mini Projects List Finalization - Urgent!

Hi all,

Please see the below email from Prof Stewart regarding the Mini Projects. Attached is the draft mini projects list. Do look through Prof's comments and make any changes to your projects by 5pm tomorrow.

Aside to Prof Stewart: Eunice (Vice President) and Danni (VCB Project Leader) will be available for the Wed class while Michelle (BwL Project Leader) and Janice (Vice President) will be available for the Fri class. Do let us know the exact timing when the sharing can be done.

Cheers,

Xianzhe

Hi hardworking Enactus-ites!
Thank you very much for putting together a comprehensive list of possible mini-projects for my BU8642 classes (we should have about 16 or 17 teams in total, so I hope they spread themselves out).

Note that I've added some project titles, changed the wording here and there, and left some sentences (in bold italics) to be completed with further information. Please let me know if you want further changes or are unsure of what I have done. Also, let me know if more than one team could do any of your mini-projects.
Also - feel free to drop or combine projects, as we might possibly have 2 or 3 too many!

Please double-check your contact details. Hopefully, after this list is shown to the students you will get a call or e-mail enquiring about your mini-project(s). Note that students are encouraged to "ring around" and put down two preferences for their project. I will allocate projects next week and the teams should touch base with you after that in order to get started on their project. If it is possible for you to take the students to see someone??? that would be great!

On a final note, who might be able to attend either of the BU8642 seminars this week between 3.30 and 4.15pm (Wednesday in S4-SR10, Friday in S4-SR-16) to speak briefly about Enactus and also to answer general questions when I first circulate the list of project options?
Please let me know ASAP.

I aim to print the final version of the team list by 5pm tomorrow evening.

Cheers
Stewart Arnold
