Hey Shazana,

Thanks for helping out with the manpower allocation. Please help to disseminate the information to the members involved and ensure they know the flow of event.

You can refer to attached ppt and proposal for more information. Here's a summary of what I thought would be useful:

----------------------------------------------------------------

Date: 8th March
Venue: School of Biological Sciences, Booth S11(Refer to the layout plan attached)

Booths are to be ready by 9.00am and tear-down is at 6.30pm*.
Encouraged to start preparing booth on 7th March.

*Members in charge of first and last shift will need to help with the set up and tear down of the booth by carrying logistics from the office and bring them back respectively. Nicholas will be going to the new Enactus office and check for the logistics next Wednesday.

The purpose of this event is mainly:
1. To raise awareness of Enactus to potential NTU students

Write ups of our projects will be provided to let the members share more about our projects. We will also display our trophies, Enactus standees, world cup videos and annual reports at the booths.

2. To try out the new marketing campaign by Enactus HQ

a) We will get origami handouts for people to write some wishes for the Cambodian kids. We will collect the origami and pass it the cambodian kids during our next yep trip.

b) Old books will be placed in situ as the theme of the stunt. The stunt will be frame up with a yellow dotted line, followed by a question “Do you see old books, or an opportunity for poor children to break the cycle?” This would be in line with our sales of stationeries for donation to our yearly Hearts Project @ Cambodia.

3. To raise some club funds by selling laptop sleeves and stationery sets

We will provide a pricing list together with a short write up on the laptop sleeves and stationery sets soon.

--------------------------------------------------------

Once again, thank you Shazana and Nicholas! Let me know if you guys need any other things :) I have class until 12.30pm on Sat and will be having tuition in the evening, hope I'll be able to drop by to help out on Sat. Will you guys be going down?

Cheers,
Eunice

Hi Eunice,

I've set up the schedule as below. Is it okay for me to ask the Project Leaders to send 2 representatives each for each timeslot? (Are 4 people at the booth enough manpower?)

8 March (Saturday)
10am-12.30pm: GG, SilverIT
12pm-2.30pm: ATypical, VCB
2.30pm-5pm: Aii, BWL

Regards,
Shazana

Hi all,

Nicholas met up with SU on Thursday to finalise some details regarding the Open House. Nicholas will need help with gathering the materials and allocation of manpower to mend the booth.

Shazana, can you help Nicholas with the allocation of manpower? You can work out how many people you need from each project and let the project leaders know. I will send an email to update them about the details soon.

Yanjun, can you help Nicholas with the materials like Enactus posters and stuff (you can read the attached proposal for more information).

Let me know how else I can help too :)

Thanks,
Eunice

Dear In-charge,

Thank you for taking time off to attend the briefing. Attached is the slides used during today's briefing.

For the ECAs who have not sent your final proposals, please do so by 23 Feb 2014, Sunday. This is especially important if you need additional logistics.

Do also provide us a short write-up on your booths by 23 Feb 2014, Sunday. The purpose of this write-up is for the emcees to promote your ECA as well as attract visitors to your booth.

If you have any queries, feel free to email us. We hope to hear from you soon.

Thank You!

Regards,
