Dear Friends of Enactus NTU,

The past year for our club has been an exciting one, with many major milestones such as the Nationals Competition, the Enactus World Cup and our successful annual recruitment exercise. Most importantly, our projects have grown steadily under all your combined effort and commitment.

It has been a great time working with all of you for the past 8 months, especially the 5th Executive Committee members, whom I have spent a great deal of time with. Yet there comes a time where the baton has to be passed on to the next batch of leaders, to ensure the sustainability and growth of Enactus NTU.

This email serves to initiate the appointment of the President and Vice-President roles. Hence, we hereby invite all of you to nominate yourself as a potential candidate. If you are passionate about serving the members, wish to bring about exciting new changes to the club and hope to develop yourselves further, this would be a perfect opportunity to do so.

Below is the timeline for the nomination and selection process:

i) Self-Nomination (21 Feb - 7 Mar 2014)

-To email your application form (Refer to attached doc) to Tianshu by 7th March 2014. (tians...@gmail.com)

ii) Interview of Candidates (10 Mar - 21 Mar 2014)

-An interview will be conducted to know the candidates better and to determine their suitability for the roles

-The interview panel will comprise of the current President and Vice-Presidents, and possibly some alumni

iii) Mentorship (End Mar to May 2014)

-Selected candidates will undergo mentorship sessions by the President and Vice-Presidents

iv) Elections and AGM (June 2014)

-Elections will be conducted

-Official recognition and appointment of newly appointed EXCO members

Once again, we are looking for those of you who have the heart to serve. Do not worry about not having the relevant experience or expertise, as we will make sure you are properly trained and you would also be having strong support from the outgoing committee and our alumni.
