Dear Eunice,

We are pleased to inform you that Enactus has been allocated with a small booth (2mW x 2mL) during Open House 2014.

Venue: The Quad

Date: 8 March 2014

Time: 10 am - 5 pm

The events team would like to have a short meeting (10 - 15 mins) with you next week to

- learn more about your booth idea,

- take note of the logistics you would require

- Show you where your booth would be located.

The available timeslots would be on Tuesday (21 Jan) & Wednesday (22 Jan), between 5.30pm to 8pm. Kindly reply us with your preferred timeslot by Monday, 20 January 2014. The slots would be allocated according to a first come first serve basis. We would return you an email for confirmation of slot as well as venue.
