Plan for Usage of Enactus Room

Hello guys,

As you know Innovation Centre is undergoing major changes in their room allocation. Currently, there has been one room that is allocated to us, which is in unit 248A.

Kee Sing from NIEO office told us to submit a rough plan of how we would like to use the Enactus Room in future, so that he can decide what kind of room to give us and whether a second room can be allocated.

However, he said that it will be quite hard for them to allocate a room just for storage purposes, so he was asking if we can put our items in a 'open air' room (its not really a room, just a small storage corner with a few holes for windows). Do you guys think we should use that?

Besides that, do see whether you all want to add in anything for the following room usage plan:

1. Conduct of Meetings

-Suitable for smaller group meetings when other venues are not available for booking or may be used by other project groups

-Meetings with external partners and personnel

2. Study/Chill-out Room for Members

-Members could use the room as a conducive study room with comfortable chairs and tables (additional power points would be favorable)

-Members can also use it to rest and relax in between lessons (snacks will be provided by Enactus NTU)
