Hi Donna,

Thank you for coming down to the EXCO interview on Thursday. We are pleased to inform you that you have been selected for the President/Vice President position!

Following this, there will be a series of shadowing sessions to better prepare you for the position. Below is a rough timeline for the events leading up to elections:

24th Mar to 30th Mar - Enactus 101*

31st Mar to 6th Apr - Enactus 201*

7th Apr to 13th Apr - Enactus 301*

14th Apr to 18th May - New P/VPs send out email to recruit other EXCO positions + conduct interviews

12th May to 18th May - 2nd round interview to determine P and VP roles + handing over of succession documents

2nd Jun to 8th Jun - Formal elections and confirmation of new EXCO

*Shadowing sessions: Enactus 101 will relate to individual strengths, weaknesses and working style. Enactus 201 will deal with the Strategic Action Map. Enactus 301 will be discussion on roles and responsibilities for the new EXCO.


In addition, we will be engaging you as much as possible in upcoming club/project events. We will also contact you shortly for the scheduling of upcoming sessions.
