Presidents Book Club: I mean it this time.

Hi again!  Brain-melting job is over and now I'm on vacation, attempting to restore sanity.  Sorry again for the terrible job I'm doing in managing this.  Hopefully I'll be back to my normal semi-responsible self by the time we meet next.

So, I proposed before that we meet on November 22 or 23.  Almost everyone could make it, but not 100%, so let's try and find another time that works for all of us.  If there is no such time, we'll stick with that weekend.  

Here is a link to my doodle poll.  Let's give 48 hours for everyone who wants to come to fill it out and then we'll call it.  See you all soon!

P.S.  I just put down 1:00 as the time for each day.  If you can make it on a given day not at 1, but at a different reasonable time, let me know in the comments.

Hey guys, I know it's been less than 48 hours but I'm pretty sure everyone has responded.  If I'm wrong and someone who is planning to come still has to respond, then let's have it!

Nov 23 is a good option but I really want Brian to be able to come because I'm still sad he couldn't make it for Lincoln.  I made some inquiries about the Dec 14th option and it seems that most everyone thinks they can make it work.  

Any objection to scheduling it for December 14th?  If there are any strong ones, we can stick with November 23rd and Brian can Skype in or something.

P.S.  Because this is taking forever (once again, sorry about that) and some people may have finished the Washington book (MIKE) I'm assigning optional bonus reading of Wilson by A. Scott Berg, because I read it already and it was fucking fantastic.  Anyone who wants to read that one can come early or stay late and we'll have our own Woodrow Wilson dork out session.

OK everyone!

December 14th isn't working out like I hoped.  I talked to Brian and he gave me absolution to have it on the 23rd (which I kind of only just realized is this Sunday) without him. 

So, it's on!  If you haven't finished the book, get readin'!!!
