TITLE: PeopleSoft HR (Techno - Functional) STATUS:  Open 
JOB CODE:  16945 LOCATION:  Marysville, OH, United States
HAS TO BE GC or US Citizen
Mandatory Skill
  • PeopleSoft techno- functional Consultant with minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience in PeopleSoft HR
  • Hands-on experience of AWE, App Packages, People Code, SQR, IB, CI, App Engine
  • Must have worked on PeopleSoft Workforce Administration, Core HR, Benefits, Payroll and Security, Talent Acquisition Module
  • Must have worked on PeopleSoft development/enhancement engagements
  • Must be able to perform unit test, integration test, conduct UAT
  • Excellent Communication and customer facing Skills

Non Mandatory Skill

  • Knowledge of Cobol, CICS Programming desirable
  • Knowledge of Kronos is desirable

Non-Technical Requirements

  • Excellent Communication and customer facing Skills
  • Location Preference – Marysville OH or nearby.

Required Experience

  • Overall Experience for the Requirement – 6-8 years
  • Experience required is any of the Skill mentioned in the Skill Section – 6-8 years


Job Responsibilities:

  • Candidate will be responsible for working on multiple Projects as a PeopleSoft developer.
  • S/he shall be required to gather requirements for specific work stream, design solution for fulfilling requirement.
  • Carry out impact analysis across HR environment, which includes PeopleSoft, mainframe, Kronos.
  • Develop and unit test solution and then work with users for UAT acceptance.
  • Assist users with questions related to specific functionality.
  • Guide users in terms of best practices.
