My Dear Presidents ,Club membership Chair's and Fellow Rotarian's,

Please find attached the following attachments of the updated membership details in Rotary International and the updates in the District.There have been many clubs who have either updated the membership data in My Rotary and not updated the District or vice versa.Please help us do the necessary and ensure that all details that are required ie.email addresses,sponsors details etc.in the "New member's details form" is given to us which will also enable us correspond with the new member in welcoming them to the family of Rotary.For all membership related matters communications to the group can be contacted at the following email  members...@googlegroups.com and would appreciate that all new members be updated to us accordingly when requesting for the Induction kits.

Please note that for updates to My Rotary on your membership data it will have to be updated by the respective individuals appointed by your club and not the District,failing which Rotary International will continue to bill you according to the last figures provided.
