Re: Invitation to our Taman Connaught Community Project

     

RC Cheras is organising a community project, and we cordially invite fellow Rotarians to our event. Details of the event are as follows

 

Date: 17th June 2012 (Sunday)

 

Time: 8.00am

 

Venue: UCSI University (South Wing) Jalan Menara Gading, Taman Connaught, Cheras, KL (Map attached)

 Activities:

• Dengue Fever Prevention
• Gotong Royong
• Free Health Screening
• Crime Prevention
• Children Colouring contest
• Lucky draws for Participants in Gotong Royong

Our partners in service for this event are as follows:

• DBKL
• Jabatan Perpaduan & Integrasi Nasional (Prime Minister's Dept)
• UCSI University
• Malaysia Crime Prevention Foundation (MCPF)
• District Police Cheras
• Alam Flora
• Residents Associations Taman Connaught

The event will be graced by our District Governor Dr Ravee. We expect a crowd of 600 pax to participate in this event

• Breakfast is provided
• T-shirt for participants in gotong royong (courtesy of DBKL)

Fellow Rotarians presence to support our event will lend us a lot of credence and encouragement, and enhance the image and strength of Rotary
