Last year the District Simplified Grants were awarded to the clubs listed below.
The Final reports are now overdue.

The Rotary Foundation will not approve any new DSG until these reports are submitted.
Only clubs marked with a tick (✔) have submitted the reports in the proper format so far.

Please submit the report in the form attached.

Dear PDG Rajindar,
 
Kindly take note that as per your list refer No. 7, RM4,000.00 was not given to RC Melawati but to RC Kulim as instructed by Governor Dr Ravee. Thus, the report must come from RC Kulim.
 
This is for your rectification.

I have NOT received the reports for the District Simplified Grants from the following clubs:
  1. Bandar Sungai Petani
  2. Butterworth
  3. Kerian
  4. Kulim
  5. USJ
  6. Selayang
  7. Pudu
If you have not carried out the project, please return the money to the District Treasurer,
otherwise please send me the report in the format attached.
