Dear fellow jaycee /members,
Please support and participate in the mega blood donation camp to be orgnised by our chapter in association with Redcross society hyderabad at one the biggest strength corporate house in city -i.e.GENPACT and at all three campuses as per confirmed dates in trailing mail.
Please come forward by volunteering your self for this good cause in maximum numbers to make this event successful.

Hi All,
 
Here are the points discussed in the meeting with the action items….
 
  • Finalized dates to set up blood donation camp to organized by Red cross and JC Banjara team- On 28th May, 29th May in Uppal Location and 30th May, 31st May and 1st May in CGW and DLF locations as per the strength and response on the camp set up
  • Camp would be organized in Medical room in Uppal and VC room’s in CWG and DLF (as mentioned by Ashutosh Shukla in arranging the camp in closed & Air-conditioned room)
  • Need to confirm on the commination mails with the details of JC and red cross team- Open with Rajkumar
  • Need to Contact Sona Saptarshi on Monday Morning to know the details EHS view point- Open with Rajkumar
  • JC team will share the name/contact details of the peaple supporting camp from JC and Red cross team- Open with Rajkumar
  • Need to check on Volunteers and Leadership team in supporting this camp-Lakshmi and Jonathan to work with communcations team

Jonathan/Chowdary….We have Govind from JC Banjara team visiting our sites (CGW and DLF) on behalf of Raj kumar, as I mentioned Raj kumar is still caught up with his Family exigency….He will visit sites on Thursday, 10th May 2012…He will call you in advance before he reach, please take him through the premises help him plan the camp set up.

  • Rajkumar has to visit CGW and DLF on Thursday, 26th Apr to take a call on setting logistic equipment’s required to arrange blood donation camp….need to have closed AC room as suggested by Doctor
  • Red Cross team need to share plan on Time they want to organize camp in each location
  • Ashutosh will share the communication to all employee about the camp with the details on Do’s and Don’ts
  • Need to get details on Donation card and Preference gets to Genpact employee post organizing this camp- Rajkumar will come with the details by Friday meeting
  • Need to check on Volunteers and Leadership team in supporting this camp-Lakshmi
