This is a five part series of articles covering the integration between Planning Center Online and ProPresenter 7. If you are still using ProPresenter 6, the majority of this information still applies, although the ProPresenter interface will be different.

Enter your account information into the login window and select your organization on the next screen. If your account is only part of one organization you won't see the second screen and will be signed in immediately.

There are two locations inside of ProPresenter where you can access the ProContent login page. The first is within the ProContent tab of ProPresenter Preferences. From this window you can also click"Sign Up" to either create your Free account or subscribe to the paid version of ProContent.

Once logged into ProContent, the ProContent tab of ProPresenter Preferences will show you logged in and also give you the option to click on "Manage Account" which will open a browser window and allow you to log in and make changes to your account.

ProContent is available within the Media Bin of ProPresenter. You can access it by clicking on the ProContent button in the toolbar of ProPresenter. If the Media Bin is not open at all when you click this button, the Media Bin will open to ProContent. If the Media Bin is open at the time you click ProContent in the toolbar, but you are in a media playlist, it will navigate you to ProContent within the Media Bin. If ProContent is open in the Media Bin when the button is pushed, the entire Media Bin closes.

In each section you can scroll to the left and right via the arrows that you can see in the screenshot below. These arrows appear when you scroll over each row. If you are on a Mac with a trackpad, you can use that to scroll left or right as well.

To browse the full ProContent Library including our Design Assets and ProPresenter Themes you can click the globe icon next to ProContent in the Media Bin to open the ProContent search page in a web browser.

Downloading ProContent Within ProPresenter

When browsing ProContent inside of ProPresenter you are able to download full motion graphic packs or individual motion graphic or countdown files directly into your Media Bin. When browsing the Featured, New, Popular, or Free sections of ProContent you will see motion graphics with names across the thumbnail. This is a full motion graphic pack and you're able to hover over that thumbnail to see a preview of what each loop in that pack looks like. If you like what you see and are ready to download you can click the download button within that thumbnail. This will download all motion graphics from that pack to your media bin (this does not include the countdown or stills that is also part of this pack).

Once you click this button, you will be prompted to choose a few options for your import. You can choose the resolution you wish to download and what Media Bin Playlist you wish to download it to (you can also choose "Add New Playlist" in this dropdown to create a new Media Bin Playlist to download to). For the resolution you can choose between 4K (3840x2160), HD (1920x1080), Triple Wide (3840x720), or Double Wide (2560x720).

You can also click on the thumbnail for each pack to see all the loops, countdowns, and stills included and when you hover over each thumbnail inside of the pack you can choose to download any of these files you wish to and will receive the same download options pictured in the screenshot above.

SongSelect is owned by Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI). If you are an active license holder of a CCLI license for your church or organization then you have the option of purchasing a subscription to SongSelect. An Advanced subscription ($157.00 USD/ Year) to SongSelect plus a CCLI license is required for full access to SongSelect.

If you have access to SongSelect, ProPresenter can store the registration information for you and provide direct access to SongSelect through the program. This makes it easy to get songs from SongSelect without having to leave ProPresenter.

To use SongSelect, please make sure that the Show House of Worship Integrations option is enabled in the General tab of ProPresenter Preferences. You will be prompted to login to your account upon first searching in the QuickSearch window or by going to the Services tab of ProPresenter Preferences and clicking the Login button under SongSelect.

ProPresenter allows you to search for songs from SongSelect in the QuickSearch window. To do this, click on Search in the toolbar or go to File>Import>SongSelect... to access this window. You can search here by title, author, keywords, or CCLI number.

Songs downloaded from SongSelect are also stored in a CCLI Reporting file. You can access this file in the General tab of ProPresenter Preferences by clicking Reporting in the bottom right corner of the window. This file can be exported and/or reset at any time and shows the date the file was downloaded, the title of the file, author, publisher, copyright year and CCLI number for the song.

Upon logging into SongSelect via the services tab of ProPresenter Preferences, you will see the option below to enable Auto-Reporting. You can also choose to "Manually Report" and still export a report of usage manually.

If it is GREEN, this means that this has been auto reported already.
If it is YELLOW, this means that auto report is Pending or In Progress.
If it is RED, this means that you are either not signed into SongSelect or not connected to the internet.
If it is WHITE, this means that this song was selected when Auto-Reporting was not enabled.

If Auto Reporting is enabled, reporting songs happens immediately, once per day per song, when a slide is triggered in a presentation that has a CCLI Number associated with it, and a valid SongSelect account is signed in. We've worked closely with CCLI to ensure automatic reporting of songs works inline with their established reporting expectations.

If you have not logged into a Cloud Sync account then this will be the first screen you see when you select Cloud Sync in ProPresenter 6's Preferences. If you need to purchase a Cloud Sync account, click on New Account to begin that process. If you already have an account, click Login.

You can choose any combination of ProPresenter 6 data to sync. Choose those options here. You will also be shown these options again later and can change them at any time if you only need to complete a partial sync.

When you click Next, you will either be taken to the screen shown below or to step 4. If you are syncing a new computer to your Cloud Sync account, you will see the next screen. If this is the first computer you have linked to your Cloud Sync account, you will not see the next screen shown below. If you are adding this computer to an existing Cloud Sync account that has data uploaded, then you will see this screen.

The first time you sync ProPresenter you will need to create new Cloud Libraries. This option will automatically be selected for you. If you have used ProPresenter Cloud Sync before, then you can either link a local Library to an existing Cloud Library, or create a new Cloud Library by clicking the dropdown menu. You can also select None from the menu to exclude a library Library from the sync process.

These settings allow you to select whether your data has to be manually synced or if it can sync daily or hourly. These two options are based off the last completed sync time. You can choose to manually sync your data at any time, which will also reset the daily or hourly schedule. If you have a slow internet connection you may want to uncheck the option to Allow Multiple Transfers so that less bandwidth is used. You can also select Prevent Uploads if you don't want a particular computer to be able to change the data online.

When you click Start Sync, you will be taken to the main Cloud Sync preference panel. This is the screen you will see every time you open Cloud Sync on this computer again. You can modify all of the same settings from here that you configured during the setup process if you need to change your sync settings.

As long as you are logged into ProPresenter Cloud Sync you can see the sync status in the toolbar. On a Mac, this is located at the top of your screen. In Windows, it's located in the System Tray in the bottom right corner of your screen. You can have your data sync even if ProPresenter isn't running by opening this utility and clicking Sync.

You can log into your Cloud Sync account online by going to cloud.propresenter.com. You will be prompted to login using the same credentials that you used in ProPresenter. Clicking on Account Details in ProPresenter will also take you to this same page.

After you log into your account you will be able to review your account status on the first page. The first screen shows you how much of your storage you've used and your transfer amount for the month. There are three additional pages inside your dashboard. App Data shows template files and template images, playlist data, stage display layouts, etc. Documents contains all of your Library files, organized by Library name. Media contains all of your Video/Image Bin and Audio Bin files.

If you are close to your storage limit and want to manually manage your files, you can click the column header names (Name, Kind, Last Modified, Size) to sort the files in ascending or descending order by that column. This works for App Data, Documents, and Media. Every file has two management options. Purge will immediately remove the file from your account. It will still be available on your computer locally. Delete will flag the file to be removed on every computer when you sync again. Deleted files will automatically be purged after 7 days.
