Applications are due October 1 for the
National Trust Preservation Funds.
With funds ranging up to $5,000 these grants help stimulate public discussion, enable local groups to gain the technical expertise needed for preservation projects, introduce
the public to preservation concepts and techniques, and encourage financial participation by the private sector.

- Priest Lake Museum (Coolin, Idaho) will use $5,000 to restore the rapidly
deteriorating Bismark Barn in partnership with the U.S. Forest Service.
- Main Street Joplin
(Joplin, Missouri) will use $5,000 for their Memorial Hall feasibility plan.
- The Historic Trust (Vancouver, Washington) will use $5,000 for capital
campaign plan for Providence Academy Rehabilitation.
