National Fund for Sacred Places

Historic houses of worship are more than architectural treasures—they are vital centers of congregational life and community anchors. These sacred places often provide essential resources such as meals, education, cultural enrichment, and refuge.

They exemplify the power places have to unite communities.

From small rural churches to urban synagogues, these buildings serve as places of worship and sources of connection and inspiration. Together, we can preserve them for generations to come.
