The Kansas Main Street Program would like to invite historic preservation professionals, small-scale developers, community leaders, and small business owners to attend the nationally acclaimed Upstairs Downtown Workshop in Downtown Hutchinson, August 16-17^th! This workshop will provide information on redeveloping upper-floor spaces in small downtown buildings. It is aimed at specifically reaching those looking to improve their downtown commercial districts.
