LINCOLN, KANSAS – The Lincoln County Economic Development Foundation (LCEDF), on behalf of Daniel Metz (Property Owner), is accepting bids for the preservation of the historic Lincoln State Bank building in Lincoln, Kansas.  The scope of work for the base bid project includes the repair and painting of exterior wood windows, doors and other architectural wood features. As a bid alternate, storm windows will be installed on most windows.

This property is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. This project is partially supported by a Heritage Trust Fund grant from the Kansas State Historical Society (KSHS). All work must comply with the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation, as approved by the KSHS.
