Historic District Incentives

The City of Manitou Springs Historic Preservation Commission is looking at revising the current incentives provided for the Historic District and we are interested in what incentives other Commission’s are using around the state. Please provide a brief outline of what incentives your community allows and where we can find more information as desired (a link or contact person).

I sent this request previously, but haven’t seen any comments in response.

Longmont utilizes State and Federal tax credits and incentives.

We don't have local districts or specific local only incenteives.

The Town of Georgetown is about to update its building codes to the 2012. What provisions should we add to protect the character defining features of identified historic structures? (Both interior and exterior).
