RFP: Survey of Historic Buildings in Boulder, CO

Greetings!
The City of Boulder is seeking a consultant to survey and re-survey twelve (12) properties in the Civic Area East Bookend. The majority of the properties were surveyed in the late 1990s; one was surveyed in 2000. We are seeking a reconnaissance level survey for the properties that have not been surveyed. Proposals are due by 5 p.m on March 9, 2018.

Thanks to those of you who have expressed interest in the RFP for the survey/resurvey of properties in the East Bookend in Boulder. To clarify the scope of work and address questions that have come up, we are going to reissue the RFP and extend the deadline.
In the next week, I will send the revised RFP through the Preserve Colorado Network and to those of you who have emailed me with questions/interest. It will also be posted on our website, www.boulderhistoricpreservation.net.

The City of Boulder has reposted the Request for Proposals for the survey of 12 non-designated buildings over 50 years old in the Civic Area. The RFP is available online and as an attachment to this email.
Proposals are due next Tuesday, March 20 by 10 a.m.
