• Transport for Unsolicited Messages (Direct encrypted email protocol is suitable; is an open standard; and feasibility was already demonstrated as part of the Phase 1 Pilot tests...)
• The Number of Transport Options for Query Messages (Both HTTP and SOAP bindings seem appropriate for the query use case. Is it necessary to choose a single standard or could multiple bindings co-exist?...)
• Choice of Bindings (A binding example has been added in response to the topic.)
