Where can the NCPDP SCRIPT data format standard be found?

I probably should have anticipated this in my earlier post, but where can the authoritative version of the NCPDP SCRIPT specification be found?

Is the only way to obtain a copy before voting by paying to join NCPDP first?

If so, I'll probably end up having to abstain.
