PMBC News corrections, additions

Please note these corrections and additions to the Prescott News I emailed earlier today:

 

· The Dyer family from Australia will visit Prescott on Nov. 29, not Nov. 22.

 

· Colin Baker's school play on Dec. 2 will start at 7:00 p.m.  See Maxine or Angela for tickets, which are $7.00.

 

· At Nancy Gray's request, her class will not be included in the Angel Tree beneficiaries this year.  Nancy has decided to retire from teaching at the end of this school year.  She would normally buy supplies from the Angel Tree proceeds at the start of the next school year.

 

· Reminder:  Janet Baldwin, Susan's mom, is in Room 624 at Baptist DeSoto.  Though I haven't spoken to Susan, I assume her mom will return to that room sometime after her heart procedure today.  Susan's cell is 605-7704.

 

If anyone has any other corrections or addtions, please let me know.

Hi All,

 

Thanks so much for all the phone calls, visits, prayers and offers of support these last 2 days.  It means a great deal to be part of such a loving church family when things are stressful.

 

I have just gotten my mom home from the hospital.  Her heart cath showed that she had no blockages.  The cardiologist told us the night before that he was certain she had blockages, it was just a matter of how severe thy were.  He said last night after the procedure that she had really proven them wrong! 

 

She will have several follow up outpatient appointments and procedures scheduled to try to determine what is causing her to feel so badly.

It is a huge relief to be home.

Susan, when a mom is sick or helpless, I don't know of a harder thing to go through, (other than having your kid sick and helpless).  I know you're a tough lady but even tough ladies need help.  Put me down on a list of folks that can come and stay with your mom so you can get a break, shop, sleep, etc.,etc.  Jody
