This woman has been in a coma for 4 years since she had a low BG she couldn't recover from. And people wonder why I over train people who care for my son or want to be with him 24/7? A cure can't come fast enough :(

Near the end of August 2010, Jodii Sandberg-Wheler posted on Facebook how excited she was that her son Trenton would be starting Kindergarten the following week.

She never got to see that day.

On Aug. 28, Sandberg-Wheler, who had Type 1 diabetes, went into a sugar low (hypoglycemia) like she had occasionally over the years.

But this time, nothing would bring her out of it.

Her husband Cam called an ambulance. She went into a diabetic coma and has never come out.

Sandberg-Wheler was 38 at the time.
