Dear all
We shall be doing the Prepress Lo Hei / Yu Sheng for this year on 2 Feb 2022. There will be 1 session for the day team and 1 for the night team.
I would like to invite our Muslim brothers and sisters to participate in this festive activity thus have sourced for Halal certified versions of this dish.
Samantha has also gladly volunteered to bring her kitchen utensils and food preparation services so that all of us on team can enjoy the Yu Sheng on that day.
If there is anyone on the team who is confident of arranging the Yu Sheng like the following, please offer your services for that day.
