Early Access apps are services and products developed by Google teams. Early Access apps make a Google service or product available to your Google Workspace users. Periodically, Google adds to or removes services from the Early Access apps setting, and this page is updated for the current, supported Early Access apps.
To allow Early Access apps to access core services in Google Workspace (so they can take actions such as exporting to Gmail and saving to Google Drive), you can turn on Core Data Access Permissions for all or some users in your organization.
You can update your Android apps and the Play Store app one at a time, all together, or automatically. Updating your apps to the latest version gives you access to the latest features and improves app security and stability.

AppSheet also uses spreadsheet-like expressions to incorporate advanced logic to do things like filter data, create dynamic UI elements, and set up workflow automations.
Basic applications can be created and shared with small teams in any Workspace account. In order to scale and share apps with larger teams, licenses and an AppSheet subscription is required - AppSheet Core licenses are automatically included in some versions of Workspace Enterprise. Most apps for Shopify stores are built by third-party developers, not by Shopify. If you need help with an app or sales channel that was built by a third-party developer, then contact the developer directly.
Third-party apps are applications built on the X platform by external developers, and are not owned or operated by X. When you connect a third-party app to your X account, you are granting that app access to use your account. Depending on its permissions, an authorized app may be able to obtain information from and use your account in various ways, such as reading your posts, seeing who you follow, updating your profile, posting posts on your behalf, accessing your Direct Messages, or seeing your email address. You can learn more about the specific access in the App permissions section below. Addiontally you can choose to log out of your active X sessions.
Go to the Apps and sessions section of your account settings. All of the apps connected to your account will be displayed. You can see the specific permissions that each app has to use your account listed under the app name and description.
The term app was popularized in the early days of smartphones, after Apple introduced the iPhone in 2007 and then launched the App Store in 2008. At the time, the term applied primarily to mobile apps, which were lightweight and focused on a specific purpose or task, such as checking the weather, taking notes, performing calculations or reading the news.
Over the years, the term has grown in scope and is now often used to refer to applications running on any type of device. This trend has been reinforced by major vendors who now use the term routinely to reference software applications. For example, Apple refers to the Mac software available from its App Store as apps, and Microsoft refers to the Windows software available from its Microsoft Store as apps. Google Play offers Chromebook apps alongside apps for phones, tablets and other devices.
When the term app is used in a more general sense, the apps themselves are often categorized by their characteristics or how they're implemented. The following list describes the more common categories:
An organization will often develop multiple apps that serve a similar purpose, but can accommodate different platforms. For example, Google offers the Gmail app for mobile devices, but maintains a web app for other devices. Evernote, however, provides apps for mobile and desktop devices, as well as maintains a web app to provide users with more flexibility when accessing their data.

Private apps allow you to use HubSpot's APIs to access specific data from your HubSpot account. You can authorize what each private app can request or change in your account, which will generate an access token that's unique to your app.
Please note: private apps do not support custom timeline events. Webhooks are supported in private apps, but subscriptions cannot be edited programmatically via an API, and must instead be edited in your private app settings.
