Limited, non-commercial self-promotion is permitted on r/olympia. Olympia's arts and music scene has always been a standout for a town of its size and we want local artists to feel welcome to use this page to show off their work, upcoming exhibitions, albums, shows, photography, etc.
So, to make things easier for everyone, our policy is that you have to tag your pet photos so the people who don't want to see them can use the appropriate tools to filter them out of their r/olympia feed. Therefore, use the "Pets of Olympia" tag if you're going to post a photo of your pets.
