Lolly Stand - patty pan now available.

Hello all prep parents!

It's time to start progressing your wonderful ideas for the Prep Lolly Stall for the upcoming fete.

First of all, PATTY PANS ARE NOW AVAILABLE in packs of 24.  

A stand will be set up a the beginning of each day (from approx. 8.45 - 9.00am) near prep line up where you can collect the patty pans.  Volunteers are needed to man this so let Libby Salmon know if you are able to help out on a morning (or more).

When collecting your patty pans, we are asking that if possible, you note down what sort of yummy homemade sweets you will be making for the stall so that the organisers can have a heads up on what's coming (remember no nuts).

More info to follow but...

• Remember that the objective is for the stall to be environmentally friendly so if you need your sweet treats to be served in some sort of packaging then you will need these unbleached patty pans... no plastic wrappings etc please.
• Items will need to be brought in a plastic tupperware style container labelled with your name and child's class so that if can be returned.
• Environmentally friendly paper towels/napkins will be provided by organisers on the day for serving.

Finally... remember to volunteer online.  You can volunteer to help on any stand but it would be lovely to have as many prep parents as possible helping out on the Lolly Stall!!!

Just a quick email re logistics for your delicious homemade goodies...

 

·         Could you please drop off either Friday (anytime) or Sunday no later than 10am.

·         The drop off point is the "kitchen" bench in the prep building.

·         Please ensure that you send goodies along in a plastic container which is clearly labelled with your name (top and bottom).

 

Thanks in advance for all your efforts and don't forget that if you are free tonight, I’d would love to see you at my place for lolly packing!
