Hi Marnelle and Dee,

Are you ok to pass on to the other prep families that Arkhouse Church is hosting an afternoon tea and toy collection for St Kilda Mums?

It's on Sunday 24th Nov at 4 pm at Arkhouse Church (www.arkhousechurch.org.au) which meets at the St Kilda Chapel, 12 b Chapel St, St Kilda.  We will have a collection box available every Sunday leading up to the 24th for people to donate any new, unwrapped toys and books. Everyone's welcome, including kids.  Please join the Facebook event(https://www.facebook.com/events/410056315789518/?ref=2&ref_dashboard_filter=calendar) or RSVP to me so that we can cater appropriately.

St Kilda Mums (www.stkildamums.org) is a not-for-profit organization that collects donations of pre-loved nursery equipment to give to families in need across Victoria.  Last year they collected 1700 gifts for children that would have otherwise not received a Christmas present.

Why not get your kids involved as a great way to encourage gratitude and avoid the over-consumption of Christmas?
