[Added] Sudo Presentation Mode

Hi Guys,

I have made small changes on the code base to make sudo presentation mode possible.

basically i have overridden volume UP and Volume Down keys with Page up and PAge down.

so now this software can also work as a presentation controller.

following two issues i have added in issue tracker with respective patches to enable the same.

Also i can see the development has sort of stalled. if the community want this project to continue i can try getting some stuff in and contribute to the project.

Problem would be i will have to re-upload the project on google as a different entity as i won't have keys of the author.

What do you guys suggest.

I had once made quite a few improvements in the Settings activity that I thought were helpful, but since then the API level was changed and I haven't been able to get the project to reimport like I wanted it to.

Also, I think the word is Pseudo, not Sudo ;)

I would like to see development continue myself, it really is a handy app. :)
