Hi Friends,

Thanks for all your support. eLitmus experienced jobs has taken off with some notable achievements (Highest is 21.2 lakhs, median is 8.9 lakh, 97 offers since Oct-16)

In May, there are 5+ companies hiring experienced candidates (detail at the end). There is a special test center to accommodate experienced candidates (1+ years post degree) only. First time and repeat pH test takers can take this pH test for Rs 380 only (need to carry current employee ID card)

I took the pH test 3 years back, can i use the same pH score?

Yes, you can use the same pH score.

I don't have a pH score but I have relevant work experience. Can I apply ?

Fresher hired by companies through eLitmus have performed extremely well.

So given all things equal, companies prefer an known devil than an unknown angel i.e companies will look for candidates without pH score only if they are short of candidates with pH score (which happens rarely given the large pool of pH test takers).

Being experienced I am not in touch with solving aptitude papers.

Though eLitmus pH test is a test of natural ability and 3-5 days of preparations should be sufficient - companies give differential benefit for each of the following cases. pH test taken

• within 1 year of engineering
• 1-3 years post engineering
• post 3 years of engineering
