Parents,

 

I would like to thank you for participating in the Baseline testing near the beginning of the season.

Carlton Goldthwaite was proactive in getting the opportunity of having your age group tested.

I would like to offer you the opportunity to Concussion Baseline Test again.

At the age of your children, baseline testing should be performed once a year until HS.

 

Please go to www.impacttestonline.com/testing

At the bottom of the page, enter 4EQ8QGB6DN

This should show that it is a valid code and should see Capital Area Soccer League on the top.

 

Click Launch Baseline test.

Parents:::  Go through and answer the health history questions with your child,

 

The athletes should be in a quiet room with NO distractions so they can perform at their best!

This is not a test that should be pushed through and done as fast as they can.

 

Make sure the athletes READ THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY!!!

 

At the end of the test, there is an area to print the test, here you can print to have a hard copy,

and also should be able to save it as a PDF to have a digital copy

 

The test scores and numbers with a percentage are just for information only, they do not predict any skill in academics or in sports.

They are just scores to compare the scores to the athlete and not a “norm”

It is a baseline to compare to if they should get a concussion.

Well Malaina has lost her warm up pants. Pretty sure she lost them at the odyssey cup but not sure. Did anyone happen to see them of can you check your bags for them? They have Aronson embroidered on the upper leg. Thanks.
